Brandin O'Connor, Associate

Brandin advises management in all areas of workplace law, including labour relations, employee discipline and dismissal, employment standards, and drafting contracts and policies. Brandin maintains a broad labour and employment litigation practice and has acted for clients before Ontario’s Superior Court, Divisional Court, Commercial List, Court of Appeal, Human Rights Tribunal, Labour Relations Board, private arbitrators and mediators, as well as the Supreme Court of Canada. He also has experience bargaining collective agreements as a member and leader of management bargaining teams. Brandin joined the firm following his articles at the Court of Appeal for Ontario where he clerked for Chief Justice Warren Winkler and Justice David Doherty. Brandin received his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he graduated with the Bronze Medal. Prior to his articles, Brandin completed two student term
